5. Prices

Products remain the property of HGP Baobab until full payment, including all taxes
Any customs duties, import taxes, and shipping costs are entirely the Customer’s responsibility.
6. Payment
The amount due is the one indicated on the order confirmation email sent by HGP BAOBAB
HGP BAOBAB reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery in case of disputes with the Customer, unpaid previous orders, refusal of bank authorization, or partial/non-payment.
HGP BAOBAB’s liability cannot be engaged in such cases.
7. Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on quantity and destination.
HGP Baobab is not responsible for delays exceeding 30 days. The Customer may cancel the order and request a refund for amounts paid.
